Making a Purchase & Ways to Pay

Shopping with us could not be easier. You can either

We accept the following four methods of payment:

Credit or Debit Cards

We accept all major credit and debit cards in our stores, online and over the telephone. Your bank statement will show ‘PG Exeter’ for any card transactions made online or in our Exeter store, ‘PG Plymouth’ for card transactions in our Plymouth Store.

Postal Order

You can pay using a postal order for online or telephone orders. Please see details below (UK only).

Online orders: please add the products you require to your basket and select ‘Cheque or Postal Order’ as your payment method as you check out. Please send your postal order to us alongside your name, address and web order number. Your goods will be dispatched immediately upon receipt.

Telephone orders: please call us with your order. We will give you the final amount and an order number. Please send your postal order to us alongside your name, address and web order number. Your goods will be dispatched immediately upon receipt.

Cash Into Bank or Bank Transfer

You can pay with cash in our stores or cash can be transferred or paid directly into our bank account for online and telephone orders (please see details below)

Online orders: Please add the products you require to your basket and select ‘Cash into Bank’ as your payment method. Then pay or transfer this exact amount into our bank account using the last 4 digits of your web order number as a reference. Please call or email us after you have made your deposit and we will dispatch your goods as soon as the funds show as cleared. If you are transferring money from overseas, please make sure you contact us to confirm your order before making the transfer as alterations to shipping amounts may apply. Telephone orders: Please call us with your order. We will give you the final cash amount and an order number. Then pay or transfer this exact amount into our bank account using your order number as a reference. Please call or email us after you have made a deposit and we will dispatch your goods as soon as the funds show as cleared.

Cheque

You can pay by cheque in our shop or cheques can be used to pay for online and telephone orders. Please see details below (UK Only)

Online orders: Please add the products you require to your basket and select ‘Cheque or Postal Order’ as your payment method when checking out. Please send your cheque to us with your name, address, cheque guarantee card number and web order number clearly printed on the reverse. Unless you fast track your cheque with your bank before sending, your goods will be dispatched after the cheque has cleared. Please allow up to 5 working days.

Telephone orders: Please call us with your order. We will give you the final amount and an order number. Please send your cheque to us with your name, address, cheque guarantee card number and order number clearly printed on the reverse. Unless you fast track your cheque with your bank before sending, your goods will be dispatched after the cheque has cleared. Please allow up to 5 working days.

PayPal

PayPal can be used for online orders.
